Red Campaign against AIDS in Africa
November 1, 2006
I saw a really interesting post in Elaine’s blog about this project or campaign to help people with HIV/AIDS in Africa. This project consists in creating and selling a red version of clothes, electronic products (as the apple iPod), etc. and taking a percentage of the companies profits gained with those products, and send it to Africa. It’s a very helpful campaign. Apparently It’s Bono Vox that started it, or someone from the U2 band.
I’d love to contribute but I really don’t know if I’m going to be able to do it, because I don’t know if this project will be launched here in Brazil or not. But if it is, I’ll help for sure, and I’ll like it, because I not only like buying things for myself , but also red is my favourite color.
That’s all for today folks…
See you later!

Hi Philippe!
Well, I hope that the red campaign is launched in Brazil, that way Africa will be able to get more money and maybe find a cure. I know that the red campaign is here in Canada. My best friend Katie or Katherine wants a red iPod for Christmas and I would really like a red tank top from the Gap. Well it’s really awesome that you wrote about this, I wrote about it as well.
